5 Way Ball Valve

5 way ball valves allow for direct media flow from a single bottom inlet to one of four separate lines.  The 360° quarter-turn design allows for continuous on-line service.  5-way valves are available with a wide range of connections including male and female NPT, low-pressure compression fittings, medium- and high-pressure tube ends, medium- and high-pressure female, JIC 37° flare, SAE O-ring boss, socket-weld, butt-weld, and metric connections.

Maximum working pressure:  3000 psi (206 bar) at 38°C

 

Working temperature:   From -54°C to 180°C with PEEK Packing.

A short handle gives quarter turn rust-free operation. Valves with PTFE seats are supplied with short handles. The stem +with shoulder provides blowout proof design to maintain seal integrity at all pressure. Ball valves are hydrostatic tested at the full rated pressure and low pressure pneumatic at 70 psi. 100% factory test.
